Good quality, delivery was slow
I ordered a Velvet Matte Lipstick and an Eyeshadow Palette. The products themselves are really good quality, especially for the price. The lipstick color was vibrant and lasted well. My only real gripe was the shipping; it took about 10 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long. Everything arrived intact though, so that was good.

Good products, minor shipping wait
I decided to try Into You after seeing their Lip Mud all over my feed. I ordered the Velvet Matte Lipstick in shade R06 and a Blending Sponge. The lipstick color is gorgeous and it feels really comfortable, not drying at all, which is a big plus for matte formulas. The blending sponge is decent, comparable to others I've used. The checkout process was smooth, and the website is easy to navigate. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected, around 10 days to my address in Florida, which felt like a while. Everything arrived well-packaged though, no damage. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the makeup for the price, but faster shipping would make it even better.
Reliable makeup, consistent quality
I've ordered from Into You a few times now, and they're pretty consistent. This time I picked up another Airy Lip Mud, shade EM08, and a Powder Blush. The lip mud is just as good as my last one, super comfortable on the lips. The blush is also nice, blends well. Packaging is always secure. I keep coming back because their products just work for me, and I appreciate the vegan aspect. My only small issue is I wish they'd offer more diverse blush colors, some are a bit too similar to each other.

I finally tried the Lip Mud everyone talks about. I got shade EM05 and it's really nice. Went on smoothly and the color is pretty. Shipping took about a week to get to me in California, which was fine. Just wish there were more natural-looking shades sometimes.
